Our engineers build the technology that protects the world’s most important conversations. They work in cross-functional teams focused on quality, security, and performance — turning complex challenges into simple, secure solutions. Collaboration with product, design, and security is part of their daily rhythm.

The Product team shapes the direction of Wire, translating user needs and business goals into meaningful features. They connect design, engineering, and customer insights to ensure every product decision strengthens trust and usability. Their mindset: clarity, curiosity, and impact.

From customer success to marketing and sales, our commercial teams build long-term relationships founded on transparency and value. They work closely with clients across sectors, ensuring Wire’s solutions meet real-world needs and make security feel effortless. Collaboration across departments keeps them aligned and responsive.

Our Operations team keeps Wire running smoothly behind the scenes. They manage structure, compliance, and growth, ensuring that our people, processes, and partnerships all align with our mission. Driven by precision and care, they create the foundation that lets every other team thrive.

Our Security team protects the integrity of everything we build. They ensure Wire’s systems, infrastructure, and processes remain resilient and compliant, working closely with Engineering and Product to embed security in every decision. Their goal: safeguarding trust at every layer.
